Abul Hasan Ali Educational & Welfare Trust is established in Bihar , which is one of the backward state of India. About 90% population is illiterate and socially and economically backward and are living below the poverty line.
Since 65 years of Independence, the living standard of Muslims in particular is descending due to lack of education and social & economical support. The rural population of Bihar is still deprived of the basic facilities such as road, school /Madrasa, Hospital, electricity, drinking water supply, pavements, sewerage ,sanitation etc. They are all dwelling under slum conditions like cattle. Under the circumstances and on the inspirations by senior Ulemas especially by Maulana Muhammad Yunus Sahib,Sheikhul Hadith of Mazahir Uloom,Saharanpur (U.P.) a son of soil Maulana Kabiruddin Faran Mazahiri resident of village Saidpur of District Araria (Bihar) offered their help to these down trodden people.It was necessary to impart spiritual, moral and Islamic Education to the new generation. In the first instance have established three educational institution in the rural area as under:-
In this Madrasa about Four hundred students both boys and girls of the state are getting Deeni as well as Modern Education up to primary standard free of charge.The outsider are provided free boarding and lodging. In addition all the students are provided free books, clothing, medical facilities and traveling to their home town.
The annual expenditure is more than 40 lacs. More funds are required to construct additional class rooms, hostel, library building, Playground, boundary walls etc.
In this Madrasa about three hundred fifty students both boys and girls of the state are getting Deeni as well as Modern Education up to primary standard free of charge. The outsider are provided with free boarding and lodging. In addition all the students are provided books, clothing, medical facilities free of charge including free traveling expanses to their home town.
The annual expenditure is more than Twenty Seven lacs. More funds are required to construct additional l class rooms, hostel, library building, Playground, boundary walls etc.
In this Madrasa about two hundred seventy five students both boys and girls of the state are getting Deeni as well as Modern Education up to primary standard free of charge. The outsider is provided with free boarding and lodging. In addition all the students are provided books, clothing, medical facilities free of charge including free traveling expanses to their home town.

A separate educational institute is proposed to be established on the Highway No.57 between Purnea and Araria at Village Diyaganj in district Araria (Bihar) exclusively for girls with the name JAMIA A`AMINA LIL BANAT (A School for GIRLS) In this institution, in addition to Deeni as well as modern education, vocational education in different trades shall also be provided to enable them to become a supporting hand in their family life so that they may become a guiding person to their family.To establish this Madrasa/institution 4.5.acre land has been purchased and foundation stone laid by Mufti-e-Azam Dabhel (Gujrat) Hazrat Mufti Ahmad khanpuri Sahib, Hazrat Mufti Shabbir Ahmad Sahib, Teacher of Hadith Darul Uloom Bury(U.K.) And Hazrat Mufti Rashid Hashim Sahib, Teacher of Ifta,

The Trust is working in the most backward villages/areas of the State of Bihar and so far has accommodated the people by way of providing Hand Pumping in more than 2000 places,25 dwelling shelters. Free medical aid is regularly being provided to the ailing persons. The trust is providing scholarships to the meritorious and orphans students to meet with the higher educational expenses. The Trust is helping in arranging marriages expenses of orphan girls.
